House Manual – Lynn Street Retreat Welcome We’re excited to host you at Lynn Street Retreat, your home-base for exploring St. Augustine. Please make yourself comfortable and enjoy your stay. Check-In / Check-Out Check-in: 3:00 PM or later Check-out: 10:00 AM Early check-in or late check-out may be possible if arranged in advance. Parking Free driveway parking is available. Please do not block neighbors’ access. Wi-Fi & Streaming Wi-Fi details are provided inside the home for your convenience. Smart TVs are available for streaming with your own accounts. Kitchen The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and appliances. Please wash dishes or load the dishwasher before check-out. Laundry A washer and dryer are available with detergent provided. Fire Pit Enjoy the outdoor fire pit during cooler evenings. Firewood and accessories are provided on site. Please supervise children, never leave a fire unattended, and fully extinguish before going in. Quiet Hours & Noise Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect our neighbors. A noise decibel meter is installed to help ensure a peaceful and respectful stay for everyone. It does not record conversations or audio, only measures sound levels. Security Camera For your safety and peace of mind, a security and door bell cameras are installed at the front of the house to monitor (video only) the exterior only. There are no cameras inside or outside in the private fenced area of the home. Pets We’re happy to host up to two well-behaved pets! A separate pet fee applies. All pets should be fully vaccinated, house-trained, and cleaned up after in the yard. Cats are also welcome—just bring along your own litter box and supplies to keep them comfortable during your stay. Cleaning Cleaning is included in your booking. Please tidy up before departure (remove trash, start dishwasher if needed). Safety Smoke and CO detectors are installed. Fire extinguisher is under the kitchen sink. First aid kit is located in the bathroom.
